Report An Illegal Retailer
If you suspect a store is selling unregulated, hemp-derived intoxicants or operating as an unlicensed dispensary, you can report it directly to the Missouri Department of Health & Senior Services (DHSS).
Ask For Their License
Illegal retailers do not have a legal license to sell cannabis. They may give out fake license numbers thinking you won’t know the difference or check, but you can!
Check now and if it’s not on this list of licensed dispensaries, it’s not legal!
Staff should be willing and able to show their actual license, and you are legally able to take photos of it.
